This group contributes analytical depth, evidence-based perspectives, and independent review to PakEVO\u2019s outputs. While similar in function to the Steering Committee in terms of intellectual contribution, this group is broader and includes individuals and organisations operating outside formal programme structures. As the largest and most dynamic group within PakEVO, stakeholders play a critical role in shaping practical insights, identifying market barriers, and contributing to real-world implementation pathways.
