According to the budget, a breakdown of its effect on the EV industry can be made out quite simply:
1. No change / No mention of the EV industry (no new subsidies added)
2. HEV vehicles have had all CD, Tax reduced. a breakdown can be seen.
3. Li Battery import and equipment to develop has 0% import duty
